  • At this time, Inferno Hot Sauces ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Inferno Hot Sauces ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    Backorders
    Inferno Hot Sauces does not automatically create backorders, however will will create and hold an order until the product arrives if requested. Customers are responsible for all freight costs on both regular orders and backorders.

     

    Return Policy
    Please check your order thoroughly upon receipt. If you notice any damage or shortages, leave the package(s) intact and contact us within 72 hours so that we can make the proper arrangements. We will be happy to file a damage claim with UPS or the applicable freight company and ship replacement product or issue a credit memo. Unfortunately, we are not able to file any claims for orders shipped via the US Postal Service. If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, we glady accept returns of product and will issue credit for product returned in good condition, less any shipping expenses. If you would like to return product for any reason, please contact us first so that we can make the appropriate arrangements.
